What's "Button reflection" on the IPS 2000?

In the System Manual, on page 100, it says "NOTE 1:... If the reflection speed of terminals (such as button reflection) becomes slow by setting the value mentioned above..."

What is this "reflection" stuff?

Anybody has any idea?

Reflection is how fast a button responds to a change.

for example.
John has a phone with a line app. of Jane. on his dterm
Jane goes off hook.
John will "see" Jane's phone off hook on his dterm.

Reflection is the time it take to "reflect" a change on another device (Dterm, DSS, Console)
