Hi, some points:
In the Flash site:
1) On the loading sequence you wait for the user to click to start once the intro/site has loaded. This is a good idea so that the user doesn't miss it but it would be good to make it more obvious that the intro is loaded and ready to play. e.g. have some bigger, bolder text in the middle of the screen for instance.
2)Wicked intro, love it!
3) The scrolling text panels work well but it would be nice to have buttons top and bottom so you can either click or drag, nice to have a choice.
HTML site:
1) Under Price List on the Site calculator/pages with section on the left you can only type 2 digit numbers. What if I have content for 150+ pages?
That's it, really nice site. Clean, easy to navigate and no down links (that I could find anyway).

Just a couple of comments:
"With this simple calculator you can reckon ..."
I dont like the word "reckon" there, try "estimate" or something like that, sounds better.
Also, the site calculator, which is a pretty cool idea, may scare people off. It would scare me off, I put in some basic details and the cost was over 1000 (currency?? should be clear).
And i'd change the name, Design Cost Estimator or something.
On your "links" page, I was expecting links. Maybe change that to "Link to Us".
