What will MCAD bring to me?

I don't know much about certification. I did my graduation with majors of computer application development. MCAD seems a bit familiar to me. So if I am doing MCAD...
How long will it take?
What benefits might I be enjoying afterward? etc.

It might bring you recognition... specialization in MS app dev... but look here for generic benefits.

You need to build a career plan that doubles as a business plan to justify spending thousands to add 4 letters to your name...

And consider that application developers in under-developed regions of the world make like $300-$900 per month before taxes... You'll be competing them them for your salary...

You may want to look at where you want to be in 30 years and work back from there...
