What will bust open IGS Blue Print Files??

I have a company where we manage their I.T. Systems and they received Blue Prints today in an IGS format of which they did not seem to have software to bust them open and print them out. Is there a universal free download or does anyone have the software I need to open and print the blueprints? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Also, Depending on thier plotter, they may be able just to "dump" the files directly to the port.
