what/where is the SEERS log?

Been doing some reading and it was suggested I check my SEERS, sadly I don't know what or where these are.

Assuming by "In the Voicemail" you mean the mermail menu, (e.g. "ax" at the console prompt) then I'm out of luck, as I cannot access that menu anymore.

If you mean something else I guess I'm still too newbie to catch on.

Couple questions here:

1 Does your voicemail answer when you call it?
2 When you type "ax" to log into mail you get nothing?
3 Is the light still flashing green on your voicemail?

I have a trouble ticket with a Qwest tech open ATM.

Based on the previous posts, you have little to lose. I assume you powered down the entire system.

If it did not come back fully operational, you've done all you can. Something is defective and parts are needed. It is a simple decision now. You buy parts or you buy someone backed by wizards who have parts
