What was the final SunOS 4.1.x Release? 3

this is not realy a big thing:
recently I was discussing with a friend about the SunOS and Solaris releases. Does anybody know the exact release number of SunOS 4.x? I thought it's something like "SunOS 4.1.6", but I cannot find an official release info... does anybody have a CD collection "museum" ;-)

Not sure whether it helps, daFranz, but Google indicates that 4.1.5 might have been the last (Googling between Sunos 4.1.4 and 4.1.7).

Here is the info... SunOS 4.1.5 became Solaris 5.0...

I stated that wrong... SunOS 4.1.5 became Solaris 2.0
