Starting to wonder why I took on this phone system. I just started haveing a problem where from one AutoAttendant selection, I hear "Please wait while your call is transferred" then I get what seems like silence. When I look in the SMDR log the call goes to the right group, but I never get ringing or a message.
Previously this seemed to work fine. Also a different menu option goes through without trouble.
AA Menu option 3 - Supposed to go to group 771 - Doesnt
AA Menu option 5 - Supposed to go to group 773 - Does
The only thing diff on 771 is that it is supposed to overflow to 773.
Not sure what to print ...
