What was I thinking , Transferred call from AA never rings or anything

Starting to wonder why I took on this phone system. I just started haveing a problem where from one AutoAttendant selection, I hear "Please wait while your call is transferred" then I get what seems like silence. When I look in the SMDR log the call goes to the right group, but I never get ringing or a message.

Previously this seemed to work fine. Also a different menu option goes through without trouble.

AA Menu option 3 - Supposed to go to group 771 - Doesnt
AA Menu option 5 - Supposed to go to group 773 - Does

The only thing diff on 771 is that it is supposed to overflow to 773.

Not sure what to print ...

 
Some more information might help get the ball rolling....

Can you post which Merlin system it is (Legend? Magix?) and which voicemail system is present (Merlin Mail? Merlin Legend Mail [007 MLM]? Avaya Merlin Messaging?)
