What VM systemis this 1

GOt a call from a clinet that bought a 400 bed motel. They ahve no admin codes to the system and it looks like an old Infinity.

They are trying to program and change voice mail and AA but I can't get into the admin via a teleset.

This sytem sounds like a Partern VM and or Merlin Mail system. Is there any bypass intructions for resetting the PW or is ther any over the phone vendor tech support I can contact?

Just logged onto your site. I see you have been around since 1984. have you ever worked on the Dimension system?

You call the switch "Infinity". Perhaps you mean Definity (a marketing ploy that I suggest was the concatenation of "definitive" and "infinity").

If so, this post either needs to go to the Definity forum of to one of us old guys straight away! LOL.

Dimension, no, but I know some one for sure.

Horizon, well, I only did a little on that antique, I would recommend getting something else. OK, I know, you'd have to buy sets too.

But that thing is just too old, and WAY too hard to admin.

This is a hospitality client and in my experience they are always cheap and hard to work with. This client is no difference they are trying to negoiate with me on my hourly rate on a system this old and in as bad a condition as it is.

If they had a water pipe burst and their floors were being flodded you bet they would not be do this.
