I've been seeing some of these lately and I do know that the two ip network regions that are involved in this alarm are on two different networks, normally separated by a firewall, but there are rules that allows certain traffic to flow between the two networks. I've seen this error pop up a few times in the past but lately it's coming up pretty often.

What should I be looking for to troubleshoot this properly?

Hi J1121

This is caused by ping test failing between the ip-network regions, Use command Diplay failed Ip-network-region to determine first which regions are worst effected.

Then use test failed ip-network-r (X) to test the region.

Might want to look at the events for your Clan's / Medpro's etc

Ok, so it could be as simple as the pings are not making it through even if the rest of the traffic is making it?

How would I view the events on the CLAN card?
