We migrated from 5.2 to 5.3. Since then i have not been able to export displays from other machines. This is the output i get:

rsis02 - uchetty - /home/uchetty - (-ksh)
2$ xclock
Xlib: connection to "PC name" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified

Error: Can't open display: PC name

Is there an install that i missed so that i can fix this?

Try DISPLAY=:0.0; export DISPLAY

Then

rsis02 - uchetty - /home/uchetty - (-ksh)

I just tried that, but i still get the same error.

Can you try
xhost + localhost

These messages :
Xlib: connection to "PC name" refused by server
Xlib: No protocol specified
Seem to mean that X is not running, or is not listening on the network
