What to do about those garrish intelitxt ads?

Very annoying. I assume they're using javascript to make these ads pop up in the discussions. Do we have to disable javascript to make them go away? It's like the bizarro world cousin of hyperlinks -- hyperlinks link to good and useful information, these intellitxt links bear no relation to the topic at hand.
 
If you can block on your firewall then they go away.

You can also add an entry into you local HOSTS file:

127.0.0.1 itxt.vibrantmedia.com

This will "trick" the javascript to look locally instead of going to the web.

Personally, I just block any traffic to *.vibrantmedia.com on our comapny firewall.
