Hello All,
I Would like to purchase a laptop and run Linux Debian or Redhat on it. Does anyone have any good suggestion as to what Laptop will work best with the least amount of hardware conflicts?

Thanks Guys

You check this website : Good Luck....:)But I used ECS desknote A900 worked very well with RH9.And I only got problem with my winmodem.
Some laptop vendor like DELL,HP or IBM should not be a problem to run linux on Laptop. Good Luck.....:)

ady2k - for winmodem drivers look at:

Found drivers for my Luncent modem on a desktop PC, works 100%. There are even rpm's available for installation, the trick is to find the correct one for your kernel version.
