Hi guys,
In the past two days i have had two customer's that were not able to connect to the internet, And in the local area connection properties he had ZERO KNOWLEDGE FREEDOM showing along with TCP/CP and CLIENT FOR MICROSOFT NETWORKS. Funny thing is that both were haveing the same error 720 when trying to connect through dial up.
Can any of you please be kind enough to tell what the hell zero knowledge freedom is. i seen that it was an antivirus and firewall program, but both customer's did not install it or didn't know how it got there. I also read that so many people have had connection problems when trying to connect due to that program.
I really thank you in telling me what you guy's know about the program.
Thanks for everything guy's
