What system is this?

We have a client that wants us to support their tele/data. when we did an inventory of their network and telephone system we can't figure out the model of this Avaya system. It's a modular system all i can see is ALS processor, 400E Module R3.1, and 308EC Module R3.0 How can I get the documentation for this system once I figure out the system model.

FYI, you can also call the remote site, and ask whomever answers to press Feature-#-1. You will hear a series of Touch-Tone "1"'s, and the number and pattern will tell you the model and release. The decoding key is a FAQ on Avaya's support site.

Thanks for your help I was able to get the documentation for the Partner R1 from the Avaya's website and I was able to program the system from extension 11.
