WHat subnet class is this and what problems will occur on VPN

I have two networks of 192.168.5.1 & 10.0.19.254

Will I have any problems with a VPN between them and what subnet is 10.0.19.254

VPN should not have an issue with the subnets.
I cannot answer the subnet question without seeing the subnet mask. Likely it is a Class A scheme being used as a Class C.
