What steps to implement IIS?

Hi,

I was wondering what steps are necessary for installing IIS and all related data access components?

Any help greatly appreciated,

What operating system do you have running on the machine in question?

can it be installed on Windows 98?
if not i can use Winnt 4.0

If you have installed PWS for Win98 I believe that it implements ASP 2.0
