What are all the steps that are needed in order to successfully promote a network down event to a node down event.

I have a mutual takeover (cascading ) cluster with three seperate networks. When one network fails to the standby and it become unavilable I want to promote that event to a Node down event.

I.e. If for some reason all network aconnections on a single node fail I want it to at least attempt a failover to run on the backup system. However, I want to prevent it from happening if both systems lose network connectivity.

Any suggestions?

Thank You
