What state was agent in at a particular time?

I have a request from a call center supervisor to try and determine whether a particular agent was in a not ready state or a make busy state during a 20 minute period this morning. I don't do a heck of a lot of reporting with Symposium. Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Thanks!
 
Oops, looks like I found it. The old Agent Login/Logout report. Thanks.
