Hi experts. I want to learn sql.I want hear from you guys what sql database should i use that help me learn standered sql. I have access 2000,sql server 2000 and Solid .Furtheremore, what should i do to master in creating queries? Thanks

sql server 2000 is very close to the standard (well, except for date functions and stuff like that), so there's little point in installing some other database system just because it might have a "purer" implementation

as for mastering queries, just spend some time in the sql server forum -- and this one!! -- and try to answer questions, or at least make sure you understand the solutions that are offered

Mimer SQL is the most ANSI/ISO compliant database. (And free for test and development...)
