What SP am I using?

In the Help->About Arcserve section there is a Build number. Depending on what the Build number is. that's the SP you are using. You can look here to see the Build numbers with the SP level:

Hello there,
Recently I just updated my Arc Serve 2000 workgroup Edition to Advance Edition. Since then I have a problem. I use a tape and enrage it’s label to use as a blank tape and after backing-up it gives a wrong date like 22-07-2002 when it should like 24-09-2002 (current date). I never get the current date. It remains on 22-07-2002.
I have the last service pack (SP4)
Please help me..
