What software version is this?

Hello,
I have a Norstar Flash Voice Mail Feature card that has no version number on it. Here are the numbers on it.

NNTM0196XABF
NT5B78WP

2002/08/30
Rel 02
2003/09

Anyone know how to get the version on this?

It's probably a V2.0. Login to the admin mailbox (F983, 1020000) then dial 9 at the first screen and it will display your exact version.

If you have it up and running, do a Feature 983, login, then press 9 to display your version.

I don't have it up and running, it is just one we had at the office and we don't have a mail to hook it up to right now. Another question. Does anyone have a 1.9 version that we can acquire from someone to do an upgrade to a Lite to a full flash 2.0.

Can't do much without a unit attached but you can purchase the Lite to Flash upgrade. Its a keycode.

I found out what version software it is. It came up 2.1.00on the display.Is this the newer version after 2.0?

Yes, and I believe the last one, since the Flash has been discontinued/replaced by Call Pilot.
