Hi all,
I am trying out a few different applications and am trying to save the existing auto attendant greetings in the embedded voicemail system and import them over to the nupoint system. I have all of the file formats (8 bit u-law/a-law wav file) but no matter what program I use, nupoint still says the file is invalid. What program do you use to convert the embedded vox file to wav?

It is not actual .vox (Dialogic) format. In fact, it is raw u-law 8bit. It is the same as wav, but without headers. I use Wavpad from NCH-Software. It has free version with just enough functionality for simple editing and converting. I use it for embedded voice-mail, AA and RAD files editing. I think nupoint has the same format. Rename .vox to .raw and use "File->open" menu for opening of the files. It will ask you for the format of raw, select G.711/u-law.
