what size should i use for my Website ?

Hi folks,
i`m new to photoshop and i`m trying to figure out
what size i should use to create a Website
that fills out all Browsers.
Most tutorials recommend to start with 800 width
and 600 height.
any advice
would be appreciated
thanks .....george

800 x 600 is a good starting point... remember to use your guides too... they help out a lot when it comes time to pull your images into your html editor (Dreamweaver, GoLive, Frontpage, etc.)...
