Having trouble coming up with a good word or acronym for an OU that is going to be for employees that have left the company, quit, been fired, retired, resigned, etc.
Sorry if my question may sound silly - but is there a reason why should we keep all these "accounts"? I basically have these accounts removed once they resigned from the company.
viosed , you should just rename them to the new person starting, that way all profile settings will be the same when the new user logs in. Saves you from reassigning groups etc
