I upgrade my system from BC12sp6 to tswsp04.
My problem is no tone when you pick up the hand set.
Can anybody help?
I'mtrying to restart the tone unit but what is it?
Thanks

One LIM or all LIM's?

Are your TMU's at the correct rev level? Do they show active when you send CNLIP:LIM=x,DEV=YES; ?

Do you have any faulty signals relating to TSP or LSP?
Can you successfully restart individual TMU boards?
Can you successfully restart TSP? (RFPUI:LIM=x,UNIT=TSP;) ?
Can extensions still make and receive calls internally? Externally?
Do you have any active alarms indicating other problems with the upgrade?
Do you have any unusual LPU display codes?

Please post whatever answers you can.

Good luck,

Dave Strang

CNBOE and CNHUI all the TMU cards, this is a common problem after upgrade for quite a long time (before TSW), this should work.

best parnum

wrong, this patch is causing the trouble.
it must be removed:

send these commands ->

PCPAS:UNIT=DCP,CI=S113198A;
Y;
PCASE:UNIT=DCP,CI=S113198A;
Y;

and THEN CNBOE and CNHUI all TMU boards ->

CNBOE:BPOS=1-0-10;
Y;
CNHUI:BPOS=1-0-10;

Cheers,
Daddy
