What should I do with my Hijackthis report?

Hi,

Not sure if I posted this in the correct forum, but I just wanted to see if anyone can give me some suggestions. I just started using Hijackthis and I just wanted to know if I should fix everything that the scans returns. I have pasted my log and if anyone can tell me which one I should fix or not, that would be helpful:

Most of the entries should be left alone. You're only looking to 'fix' the bad items.

You should probably start with the automated analysis

Anything that HJT finds that looks suspicious should be googled before taking any action.
