I'd go with #1. The 8mb cache will benefit you more than the ATA/133 drive. Many benchmarks have been run with 7200RPM ATA/100 and ATA/133 drives and there proves to be little difference. That's because most 7200RPM drives only average 30-35 MB/sec transfer rates and don't really need the extra headroom that ATA/133 provides.
