What sequence when clicking Windows "X" to quit ?

Could somebody please let me know exactly what happens when you click the upper-right Windows "X" box to quit the top-level EXE, as opposed to clicking the VFP-form button defined as the CANCEL button.

I have a situation with the main EXE able to load forms (modal and/or modeless) and/or EXEs but lately I get an error behavior when I close with the "X" as opposed to the QUIT button if any other form is open.

I cannot find any reference to the exact sequence of a shutdown done via clicking the "X".

It would be helpful if you can be more specific about the error you are getting. Could you describe the behaviour you are seeing in a bit more detail.
