What privilages are needed to back up mailboxes?

I am using Veritas 9 with the Exchange (2000) agent. When I attempt to back up the mail boxes it fails telling me my account does not have the correct privilages, but it has all the privilages I can see it needs. Furthermore, if I attempt to back up the information store with the same account it works.

Any idea what privs, or where I need to apply them, is needed?
