What ports to allow Outlook to work through Firewall

Hi All,

Been searching for hours now with no luck!!
We have some users who would like to use Outlook to collect their personal mail, so it has been requested that they are allowed to use it through our Checkpoint firewall. We use Lotus Notes so don't have an exchange server, they just need to pick up their free emails from hotmail or whatever via the outlook client.

What ports/protocols do i need to permit?

Pop and SMTP ports are: 110 and 25

Those should be all you need for email clients.
