what ports needed for remote access to event viewer

on most of our XP Pro machines I can see the event viewer logs by connecting to their PC in event viewer from my XP Pro.


however, there are several laptops that does not work for, and they share in common a 3rd party firewall.

I am assuming that is the issue, so what ports would need to be opened on that firewall to allow me to view their event logs remotely?
