Hi, I'm using PANDA INTERPRISE and I cannot install the client shield if the client Windows XP firewall is ON. Does anyone here knows what port do I need to leave open for PANDA ANTI-VIRUS client shield?

THANKS in advance..

Making holes in your firewall to enable an anti virus program is not a good idea.

I think that you just need to allow the Panda AV to be able to make new connections out.

Is it possible that you clicked "don't allow" when the panda av first tried to connect out?

Just a thought.

If you need to make an exception for Panda:

Statt ---> Control Panel ----> Security Center ---> Windows Firewall Link bottom right.

Their is an exceptions tab.

That might be what you are looking for.
