what permissions should the IUSR_XXXXX account have

HI
NT4 server running IIS4. If the IUSR account is not in the administrators group it keeps giving me the error

[tt]cant access file unknown it is in use or you do not have permission to view etc etc[/tt]

I know this is caused by the IUSR account not having rights to someting i think it is the ODBC folder but i still cant get it to work. Does anyone exactly what permissions need sorting.

Minimumly, IUSR RX to the database for viewing. If manipulating data, RWXD to the database and directory where database is located.

ODBC DSN connection established if using DSN...

Is there an access control list applied on the new server. ASP connecting to backend databases require additional NTFS permissions to run properly. In particular the C:\winnt\temp requires everyone r,x,w,l and modify. View the following for required ACL permissions to run a web server.
