What needs to be backed up in Exchange?

I'm preparing to move Exchange to new hardware. The process calls for full Exchange backup. What all needs to be backed up?

priv1.edb
priv1.stm
pub1.edb
pub1.stm
Transaction logs

Is there anything else thats needs to be backed up?
I read something about backing up the KMS. How do you do that?

Get yourself an Exchange aware backup application. ntbackup is good. Back up the Information Store.

Don't touch the files you named.
