What model handset does your clinets like the best

My favorite handset of all time right now is the T7316e. For ease of use, and user friendly. This set allow me to customize the buttons and display a lot of features without having to have the customer use or remember Feature codes and in general only takes me about 5 to 10 minutes to train a new employee.

I am interested in Nortel style and model number your clients and their employees like best. For example ease of use, stays clean, best quality, easy to use and see display most reliable and best liked, etc.. From the M & T series to the IP series, etc..

Hey Firefox, the Nortel 1165e is probably my favorite fancy phone with the color display and extra buttons.

The 1120e is nice for a basic phone, it's stylish and the display is simple and concise.

Lastly, the Nortel M2616 is probably the best designed digital phone ever, it's too bad it can't be used on the Norstar and BCM.

I guess I love them all, these phones win anyway over a Boring avaya and Cisco phone, don't even mention a no name ITE set....
