what means the "error message"?

When I run this piece of code in Immediate Window, it has run-time error "3001" invalid argument. What is the reason for this?

set newdb = dbengine.Workspaces(0).CreateDatabase("c:\mynew.mdb", dblangGeneral)

Go to the module where this code resides and then select Microsoft DAO 3.6 Object Library from the Tools References menu. Try it again after you have done that.

NOTE:
Microsoft DAO 3.6 is for MS Access 2000 databases
If you have an older version of MS Access then you will have to select an earlier version of the object library like DAO 3.51 etc
