What LD to show all phantom #'s and ACD #'s

What load can I use to show all the available Phantom numbers that can be use and also all the phantom numbers that are being used.

Same goes for the ACD's.

TYPE: LUDN
CUST X (X is customer number)
DN (hit enter and the list will start)

To view all used and ununsed TN's (analog)
>LD 20
REQ: LUU
TYPE: 500
CUST X
(hit enter)

To view all used and ununsed TN's (digital)
>LD 20
REQ: LUU
TYPE: 2000
CUST X
(hit enter)

To view all CARD programming
>LD 32
.stat X(X is card number) hit enter
