To make a change to a dchannel you need to do this in LD 17 the command is below. In some instances you have to out the dchannel and rebuild it to change certain parameters.
I'm having an issue with my long distance calls so I'm trying to switch my 2 PRI loops that aren't working to the d-channels my 2 PRIs that do work are using as a test.
So far, I've figured out how to show my current setup, but I can't seem to figure out how to actually change it.
I'm trying to change PRI 13 and 29 to use the same d-channels as PRI 12 and 28. What commands would I use?
You can not just change them without your Telco also changing their end. Right now it looks like you have 2 D-Channels (primary & backup) for each pair of PRI circuits. If you want all 4 on the same 2 D-Channels then you'll have out the 2 and rebuild them onto the D-Channels you want. Plus your Telco will have to move them to the same D-Channels.
We've just been switched from Sprint to AT&T so the D-Channels for PRI 13 and 29 no longer exist. Our Long Distance traffic is now supposed to route through the local trunk, but I can't get that to work.
I've looked in the RLI and the local truck route is set up as ENTR 1 for long distance calls (ENTR 0 being the now defunct Sprint route).
out the DCH and rebuld them and where it says PRI put the loop number you want them to be associated with, and it lloks like you are a large system so if these D channels are on a msdl card you will have to move the cables to the correct PRI card
you will have to turn down the pris and might have to out the trunks in ld 14 before you can out the dch, you can print the TNB of a trunk in ld 20 and then
ld 14
req out 23
type xxxx probably tie or did
