What LD do you utilize for command Prompt

I have an employee thats 3904 phone is password protected and she forgot the password, when I go into the directory log it is asking for a verification Password. I have done this before but its been a while.

The card is in slot 8 and phone is in the first port.

If you open the PDF books, you can use "find" to find where certain commands are done.... I do that all the time
