what ksu and software do I have?

Hello I read the faq on finding ksu and software version but my code isn't in the faq, in programming/system version it shows SP: 30NDE02 DR2


I ask because I'm trying to setup an ata2 connected to the system, it works fine but I can't turn off tones. In the ata2 access codes faq it says only certain software version work.

The SP version that you typed in needs to be checked again. I cannot find a 30ND anywhere. Upper and lower case does matter.

Nd = MICS 4.1...May be you have a bad port or ata

Nd is a MICS 4.1 but you said it was ND. Nortel is case sensitive that is why I mentioned to double check the case.
