If you're doing promo work, I would be looking at lasers if you have the budget. Assuming yuo have a Sales Deaprtment, they are going to want to use a varity of stationery.
Guess to answer this sensiblly we need to know:
What size print runs are likely.
What type of stationery will be used.
Do you need duplexing.
How many users will need access.
