What kind of floppy's to backup 61c?

What kind of floppy's should I use to back up my 61c pbx? I've heard you should use 2mb double sided extra high density floppys but I was wondering what else you could use. Can you use high density instead of extra high density? Where can I purchase these floppy's?

For a backup, you can also use 2MB double side disks.
Since Software Rel.22, you only have double side disks.

Only Omega machines and old core-machines have extra high density disks, but only the intallation disks.

These floppy drives can als read and write double density disks, but don't use single density disks.
