What kind of control i need?

Hi!
I´m developing a program with many toolbars, and more of them need to be visible most of the time. I want to reorganiziced the buttons and i remember that some programs use a kind of control, like a toolbar, where the buttons are in groups and most of the time we only see the first of them. If we need more we push the buttons and appear the rest of the group like another toolbar. Is this a kind of toolbar? Is there a method to applied this in a toolbar? Is another kind of control? Which? Cheers.
