What just happened to my system MICS 6.1 software??????????

We had this system in another state up and running with a T-1 w/PRI. We closed the offices and brought the system back to Ca. Was on the shelf for about a year. We plugged it in and now the system does not see the T-1 card. My system programming was their so I know that it is holding programming. My T-1 card has the flashing green light on the normal spot to show a solid green light when the T-1 is connected and running. When I go into the system maintanance and module status the card is not showing up. I move the card over one slot and installed a DS card in slot 1 and the system sees the ds card. Still the green light on the T-1 card is flashing when in slot 2. Any ideas how to get the T-1 card back online?? My system ID has not changed I still have the PRI codes for that ID. I tried putting them back in no change. I know if I short out the backplane I can lose the system ID and then I am screwed. I put the T-1 card back into slot 1 no change???????????
Please help before break this unit

Is there a services card or a 6-port combo card in the MICS? The digital trunk card won't sync up without one or the other.

Under hardware do you have your card set to be PRI?

Yes we have a 6 port combo card installed in the first slot from right to left.
In hardware the option for PRI does not exist.
I tried to do STARTUP and it still does not know that the card is there.
As I said I rolled the cards and the system sees the DS card moving from slot to slot but does not see the T-1 card in hardware.

If you did a STARTUP you wiped out the PRI Enabler keycode. If you don't have it written down you'll have to buy a new one.

Weird. If the MICS accepted the PRI Enabler, then you should see the option for a PRI in Hardware. If you can't change the card type on module 2, card 1 or 2 (core MICS) then I'm stumped at this point.

After resetting the system for the 100th time it finally sees the card. I am good to go thanks for the advice.

Maybe flaky DTI or expansion card.
When issues sometimes setting to loop card then back to PRI might help if happens again.
