IF you were going to choose a few systems to concentrate on for small and meduim size busineses for sales and service and looking at the long term availibility of parts, support and overall customer satisfaction. What system or systmes would you concentrate your businesses time and resources to?
 
I find that overall customer satisfaction has little to do with the product, but with the technician or company doing the actual installation and post support. Pretty much any product out there can look GREAT when installed by a knowledgeable tech.

Support is a tricky one. I suspect you mean Manufacturer support to the dealer. Usually boils down to how much you as a dealer purchase from them! Most won't admit that, but money talks! The one manufacturer that I don't like for their Telephone system support model is Cisco. Cisco has pretty good support, but they seem to prefer to deal with the end user/customer rather than a dealer. They want to provide "support agreements" with the customer, which takes away from the revenue of dealers who will traditionally provide this type of service.

Parts... If you have a good warehouse guy, he can find anything!
