what is wrong??

I downloaded and installing many news posting codes and always when I try the using form to add, delete, etc… I don’t get any error but don’t change to the next page!! only refresh the page. I checked the database and I found that nothing was inserted, while the username root used in the code has the complete privileges to insert, delete etc… what is wrong??
