What is VULNCGI

Any idea what vulncgi is? The same guy that said one of my servers has the root.. problem said another of my servers has this vulncgi problem.

I find absolutely nothing about this at all.

I have 2 web servers. One running on Linux 7.2 and the other one is Web Site Pro running on NT. I do not have IIS running at all.
