Why when you browse to a users profile on a local computer is there, sometimes, 2 profiles. 1 is the expected one and the other is a xxxx.yyyy profile (where xxxx is the username and yyyy is the current domain name)

How does it get created when the computer has always been on the domain and people have been logging in okay??

Any ideas please!

Usually local & domain logons where usernames are the same (whichever one logs on first will get just username, second logon will get username.domainname or username.localmachinename).
