Hi mate,
TT uses Colfusion. There is a coldfusion forum here on TT and you can also find out more at the following url.

I know this is really bad and I usually wouldn't do this because it doesn't help you learn, but there are some great, free, ready-made forums here:
Looking at their source is really helpful for trying to build your own. It's in php though, not coldfusion. (php works just as well or better)

there are a few nice forums out there. I think slashdot.org has a nice perl forum that is open sourced! Gary Haran
