I am attempting to restore (via redirection) approx. 35gb of data and am receiving a throughput of about 5-6mb/min. I am restoring to a Dell PowerEdge6300 that I have configured the three onboard NICs to participate in a 'Fast Ether Channel' Team. Before trying the Fast Ether Channel I was getting only 2mb/min! Is this typical speed for restore/redirects in your experiences or is there something else that I can try? Thanks for the help and attention.

I found that one of the NICs was dropping about 30% of the packets. I removed the Adapter Team Configuration and went with only the 'On-Board' NIC. I am now getting around 106mb/min. sustained. Hope this helps someone.
